Bill's Garden, Inc. was founded by Bill Hartman in 1985 after earning his B.S. degree in Horticulture from South Dakota State University. Bill serves on the Horticulture department's advisory board at Southeast Technical Institute in Sioux Falls. Bill's focus on sound horticulture practices and technical skills along with his commitment to customer satisfaction has resulted in a loyal client following and respect within the industry.
